We work in partnership with clients under a variety of compensatory arrangements. Though we are hesitant to enter into a lump sum contract in Commercial Building, we offer the following contracts cost plus a percentage, cost plus a fixed fee, guaranteed maximum price (Lump-Sum). Below are a detail of the different arrangements:
