Brandon Miller started his experience overseeing large apartment community construction. On these projects Brandon Miller's roles were one as a consultant and project manager. As you can imagine on a $20 Million project, all sorts of obstacles arise. Brandon Miller's attention to details and ability to assess situations enabled these projects to finish with minimal delays and costs.

A "general contractor" means a contractor whose services are unlimited as to the type of work which he or she may do.

A "certified contractor" means any contractor who possesses a certificate of competency issued by the department and who shall be allowed to contract in any jurisdiction in the state without being required to fulfill the competency requirements of that jurisdiction. Certified contractors are designated by an occupation code which begins with the letter "C".
